Which do you think would be a better way to meet asian women? Teaching english or joining the navy?

Speaking from experiance your friend in the Navy will meet more and a wider variety of Asian women. In Japan there are not many foreigners. I was stationed there for 3 years near Tokyo.
I made 4 Westpac Cruises ( all through Asia). Philippines, Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, Korea, Indonesia ans Malaysia and finally China. oneiloilokano

Asia is a very large area with many different countries…so you can’t teach in ‘ it ‘….You need to know what you want before you want it. Chinese, Japanese, Thai, Korean…….women are all different. Most are insulted by men who have an “Asian fetish “.
What do you want to meet them for ? You can find bar girls in any Asian country. Carl_the_Truth

geez, what a question. I guess by “the navy” you mean the US navy. Most women I know in Japan aren’t very keen on US navymen. You’d have better luck in The Philippines. Mr Canoe

I never liked the teachers who obviously came to look for girls as a student. I can tell that from their faces.
However, it happens a lot you make friends with students, then you find someone among their friends.
So unless you wear the face “I like Asian women”, teaching English would give you a better way. Misa

your friend has a edge because he has uniform ( women always love the uniforms) and you have an advantage because you can meet more women.
