Both are about teaching english language.
Celta is more about teaching it to adults.
celta is more widespread than tesol
There are some places in Vancouver that will do one or the other. Try google search for CELTA and “British Columbia”.
YOu could also try the search with TESOL instead.
I came up with this one that seems to do both.
