What is the difference between TEFL, TESL and TESOL?

For TEFL and TESL I’ve found plenty of programs that require having university degrees beforehand, but for TESOL it seems like less prior education is required.

    TEFL is Teaching English as a Foreign Language
    TESL is Teaching English as a Second Language
    TESOL is Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages
