What country pays the most if you plan to teach ESL overseas?

I have one friend that teaches ESL in South Korea as I type and another friend that does a lot of this in Japan and another that does it for China. And they all say they pay very generously. They pay for everything. The trip over, the accommodations, and anything else you can think of. I think the best paying is in Japan. I’m not positive, but considering it’s economy, I would assume this is accurate. I hope this helps!
