i am writing an ad to attract ESl students on the Internet to my home to give private lessons. I have written ads but don’t seem to get enough business. I thought perhaps if I posted this question to the community someone might have some information I don’t that could help me get MORE BUSINESS COMING TO MY HOME.
What do you think are effective words to attract students wanting to improve the English who live in the local area. I am interested in attracting Adults and Teenagers.

Teachers: What is the best way to teach a very noisy bunch of teenagers in ESL class?

There are about 14 students, age 13 or 14, who kind of dominate the class and prefer to use their native language to communicate. Their voices are so loud which disturb the other 4 more mature students. The previous teachers had applied many rules but they still got back to their ‘annoying’ habit. What should I do?
