hi.. I am a Chinese Indonesian female. I have korean boyfriend and plan to live in korea, but because the living cost in korea is really expensive. So i plan to find a job before moving there. I think the only job that does not require korean language skill is teaching english. The problem is I come from non native english speaker country. Is it possible to teach english in south korea and do i need to have TEFL /TESOL certificate?

I taught English as a second language for a year in South Korea, and I am planning on applying for a year in another country. One of the questions is “What makes a good esl teacher. The second one is, “What makes a good lesson?” You could probably write a book on these two questions. What would be good, concise answers

I am going to college to get my Teacher’s cert. and a bachelor’s in english. After I’m going to get an ESL,tesl, etc cert. will this be good enough for getting ESL jobs? I heard most schools want you to have any degree, as long as it’s a bachelor’s and you are native english
