Does anyone know where to find descriptive statistics for an ESL test?

It can be TOEFL, TOEIC, or something else.

I just need a list of # of students who took the test and who got what score exactly.

Any ESL test would work, though TOEFL and TOEIC would work best.

the difference between English classes and ESL?
