Is it possible to get a good job teaching english in mexico if I have only a year of college education but no degree, and no real experience to speak of, but i do have my TEFL certificate?
I’m also semi fluent in spanish and would get much better after living there for a short time.

Also, are there any other jobs possibilities in mexico for young gringos such as myself?

I’m not looking to live extravagantly, Just survive comfortably.

I have just finished a teach international TESOL course in Sydney, Australia, and am hoping to work in Brazil. I dont hold a university degree and this will be my first teaching job. I have read that most jobs aren’t advertised and my best chance is to look for work once I arrive. What are my chances of finding stable employment when I get there and how long will it take? I know theres alot of questions, but I dont want to spend money on airfare only to find out that no one will hire me. Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated.

She will be 28 when we get back to the states in Georgia anyone have any good ideas of what she could do. She is pretty good at English not perfect. She doesn’t have any degree. Just looking for any ideas for a way she could bring in income. She is used to doing retail but any ideas are good.

I am currently a teacher in North Carolina (US). I am looking at getting a TEFL type certificate and teaching English abroad but I only want to do it during the summer months. Do they have jobs like that specifically in Italy, Spain, or Greece? I would like to know as much as I can about these types of programs. I am still young and would like to travel, teach, and learn myself.
