How can I get a job teaching ESL/EFL in Texas?

I’d love to teach ESL/EFL either in the school district system, or in higher education. I am currently working in Puerto Rico, but the financial situation here is very difficult. I hold a master degree in English with a concentration in Teaching English as a Second Language. I also have my teaching credentials from Puerto Rico.
