Recommend a book for teaching English as a foreign language?

I have a TEFL qualification. I didn’t use it very much and gained little experience in it. Can you recommend a book that gives guidance on practicalities of teaching English. I would like it to cover such things as lesson planning and sourcing material for use in class.
