because your number one priority is the business.  
If your Business goes under, nobody has a job.
if you applied for a job in another country, but your knowledge of the language was limited, you would not expect to get the job.  ESPECIALLY if it was a job that required a thorough knowledge of the language to impress the costumer and solve their problems without the customer getting frustrated and thinking that they are dealing with an impossible battle to tell them what is wrong, or what they want or dont want.
If your business will not benifit from hiring someone, why hire them?</description>
