I am looking for schools in an area that offer an ESL program (English as a Second Language) and wondering if there is a good place that would list these.

Contact your local school district. Almost all school districts have an ESL program. I’m sure they can point you in the right direction.

Go to the district office. If you have a child that requires these services, and they do not offer them in your zoned school, under IDEA, the district must pay for transportation to the school, however; the child will need to be testd, then categorized under “special education.”
