		<description>In general you'll need a degree (although there are still possibilities if you do not have this) and a TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) certificate to get a visa and work. The TEFL certificate can be taken either in-house or online at your own pace which is a much cheaper option (see).

There are plenty of jobs around depending on where you would like to teach. At the moment China is the big destination and there's a lot of work there, but having said that there's still work in other countries. Most Americans go for Central/South America and Asia (Europe has visa issues).
