Does anyone know of a course that teaches ESL using the Bible as at least one of its MAIN textbooks?

The version of the Bible would not be limited to any one in particular, though I do prefer the NIV.

There are lots of good bible colleges that would do exactly that … many of us “preachers” are very patient in helping people would want to speak in English but are coming from speaking a different language … I help many different people that way … I use the NIV … also, there are lots of CD and video material that a person could listen to over and over to learn both the content and the speech pattern/sound.
