Do you have a bachelor’s? Many programs accept any teaching license or English degree. Search “Teach English in ______ (whatever country you’re interested in)” and you will find MANY links to people who need English teachers. Also check out teacher publications (online and hardcopy) - there’s ALWAYS ads for teaching abroad.

If you are in the United States, you can check out your local Community Colleges for programs. In the town where I live, there is a TESOL program at both the main University, as well as our community college. It just depends on whether you already have a degree or wish to earn one in conjunction with the certification programs.
