I want to teach English in Europe w/out a B.A. Am I more likely to find a job w/ a CELTA, TEFL or TESOL cert?

I’m just wondering which type of certification would be best, considering I don’t have a Bachelor’s. Thanks!

What are the best ESL companies in Europe?

I currently work for JET in Japan. They pay great, covered airfare and housing, and they have been very supportive. Are there any similar companies in Italy, Spain, Greece, etc.?

What’s the difference between a CELTA certificate and TESOL one? Which is more accepted in Europe?

Also, if I do get my CELTA cert, will I also need a Bachelor’s degree in order to find a teaching position? Speaking of teaching, which European country which you suggest I look in? (My Irish citizenship application is being processed as we speak, so relocating to Europe won’t be a problem.) Lastly, what type of salary can I expect with this type of a job? (I don’t need a lot of money, I just want to be able to live comfortably enough.)

I was wondering if anyone knows any information about teaching surfing or english in the canary islands or anywhere really i guess. Or even being a camp counselor somewhere such as the canary islands. What you need to do to sign up or what not. Or if anyone knows of any websites. Thanks!
