For personal and academic reasons I’d like to spend a period in Mongolia. Is it plausible to find a basic job teaching english if I have a Bachelor’s degree but no TESOL or any other kind of ESL training? If so, what kind of pay should I expect? And what sort of schools would be willing to hire someone like me?

Can anyone tell me what its like teaching ESL in Asia?

I’ve been checking out some english teaching jobs in Asia but most of the companies require a 4 year bachelor. I currently have a 2 year diploma. Are there any places that will hire me with that?

Asia: Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, China
