Can someone suggest a good Numbers (Counting Game) for my ESl classes?

I teach here in Bangkok Thailand about 150 students aged 6-12. Tomorrows lesson is about counting 1-20 and then the kids are suppost to say how old they are after being asked “How old are you?”. I want to make it fun for them so i told them we would play a game. I have done a search on many ESL websites but am having a hard time finding a fun game to get all the kids involved. Can someone help me?

have them count rocks that show how many they are andd than paint them
have them pick frieds from class to shwo their age and than say something nice abot them ie 6 year old six kids stand adn she says he has nice smile
have them draw figres on oard for the number and all count
sing happy song with the nmber in it happy bday dear 12 year old
