You should contact the department of education or Bureau of edu. of NJ and send them your certificates or diplomas so they can evaluate them and decide what kind of certification (if at all) are you entitled to.
That would be the proper thing to do, but in reality, many teachers in this country teach with out being certified. How do they do that?
