		<description>Recruiters get paid for every teacher they place in Korea. This means that, much like politicians, they'll say and do whatever is needed to get you to sign a contract. In my 2.5 years in Korea I have only heard of a few positive recruiter experiences. If you are looking to get a job at a public school, go through EPIK or apply directly with the school district. Check out Dave's ESLCafe for a huge list of jobs and try to avoid recruiters.</description>

		<description>A 4-year college degree(bachelor's degree) is a must but taking teaching-related courses are not necessarily required. If you took many teaching courses at a university, you would be preferred though.
