Sure, why not, anyone can get a scholarship - it all depends on which scholarship you are applying for and how strong your application is for the scholarship. In order to apply, check out your school/college/university website or talk to a professor because sometimes you need to give in a letter of reccomendation from an authority. Oh ya, and make sure you keep track of the deadlines to hand in the application for the scholarship.
