twism asked:
I see all these jobs out there that require a esl/tefl cert. What cert is it that people need in order to teach esl in other countries? Is there a governing board? Is there any classes that are free or companies that are reputable ?
thanks
I dont have a BA so it would have to be requirements for non degree having students.
thanks

Red asked:
Over a year ago I studied at Hanoi University for the summer and absolutely fell in love with the country during my stay. I know there are several creditable programs across the world for ESL teaching positions, and I was wondering if there may be one in Vietnam as well. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

I am revamping the testing format for our school and I am in need of a decent software package to prepare and test about 100 senior high ESL students.

Jeffrey W asked:
I was an ESL student, and I really want to show colleges all the hard work and achievements I’ve done
so I think that all I need is some sort of recognition or awards…
and my question is, is there any kinds of scholarships, awards, or even honor rolls for a former ESL student?
thx a lot!

Costa Rica ‘03 asked: I’m interested in teaching English as a Second Language while also teaching Biblical truths/concepts.
The version of the Bible would not be limited to any one in particular, though I do prefer the NIV.
